In terms of figures for sales on the new site. I would estimate that they have gone up by a minimum of 60% and possibly as much as 75%. Obviously I’m pretty chuffed about that. I think the customer experience is so much smoother and the general presentation is so much better.

The NHS Institute for innovation and improvement have looked at the site and decided to include it on the High Impact Innovations web site to showcase how digital support can enhance communication across the NHS.
